The Hilton Arlington National Landing is the host hotel for IEEE DySPAN 2024.

CONFERENCE RATE*: (VALID FROM 12 - 17 May)
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for DySPAN and Spectrum Week attendees at a specially negotiated rate of USD $239 per night. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. The above room rate covers all guest sleeping room costs but is exclusive of applicable sales/room tax. Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at guest discretion.
RESERVATION:
The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the conference rate is 10 April 2024. Reservations made after this date will be at the prevailing rate.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed sleeping room block. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE DySPAN 2024 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms. By staying at the conference hotel, not only are you helping the conferene, but you will enjoy the convenience of not having to worry about being late to sessions.
