Overview
The IEEE DySPAN 2024 Poster and Demo Session will provide an opportunity for presentation of early research results and system prototypes in a casual and interactive setting. Poster and demo presenters will be able to receive early feedback on their work from an international expert audience from academia and the industry. Submissions should cover preliminary or exploratory work, report on smaller projects or results that are not yet mature for a full paper publication, or present any other ideas that would generate an open discussion. The topics of interest for this session are the same as those for the DySPAN. Submissions and presentations by students are particularly encouraged. Student authors of accepted posters and demos will be able to register at the student rate.
Poster submission guidelines
Authors should submit a poster abstract that explains the main contribution of their work. In addition, it should describe the particular problem being addressed, what makes this problem interesting or important, and the research approach to solve the problem. The maximum length of the abstract is 2 pages in the same IEEE format as the full conference papers. The DySPAN 2024 Poster and Demo Co-chairs and TPC members will select the most innovative and thought-provoking posters for presentation. The poster submissions will be fully peer-reviewed and are expected to possess the same high-quality as full papers.

Demo submission guidelines
The demo session will provide authors with an opportunity to showcase implemented systems, experimental prototypes, and technology components. IEEE DySPAN 2024 welcomes demo submissions in the broad field of wireless networking and communications, including but not limited to the topics of interest in the main conference.
Authors should submit an abstract to describe their demonstration. The maximum length of the abstract is 1 page in the same IEEE format as the full conference papers. Details about the format can be found here:http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Accepted demo abstracts will not be published in the conference proceedings. The abstract will instead be reviewed by the organizing committee for a rigorous quality/relevance check. Most importantly, any copyright to the abstract will be retained by authors (or their employer).
